Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed service, and we will gladly return to correct any issues at no additional charge. Refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of ScrubHub Cleaning Services management.

If a service must be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will offer a full refund or credit toward your next cleaning appointment. Refunds for payments made online will be issued through the same payment method originally used.
