By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms:

Scheduling & Appointments: All bookings must be made through our online platform or confirmed directly with our team. Please ensure accurate contact information and access to the property at the scheduled time.

Payments: Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept online payments through secure third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a service fee.

Service Limitations: ScrubHub Cleaning Services reserves the right to decline or reschedule a service if the environment is unsafe or beyond the scope of our offered services.

Liability: While our team takes great care during every service, ScrubHub Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not securely placed. Clients are encouraged to report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion.

Use of Website: All content on our website (text, photos, logo, etc.) is owned by ScrubHub Cleaning Services and may not be reproduced without written permission
